Always Best Care is recruiting compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning home care team serving South King County. We seek dependable CNAs or HCAs for meaningful work, with consistent shifts and competitive pay.

Caregivers deliver personal care, medication reminders, transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and client status updates. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance needed.
• Reliable, compassionate caregiver with hands-on personal care experience.
• Availability for consistent caregiver shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist clients with medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and companionship.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

• Observe and report client condition changes
• Deliver compassionate caregiver support according to care plans

Caregiver Requirements

• Hold active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
• Have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Be a reliable and compassionate caregiver
• Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Be comfortable working around pets and occasional smoke exposure
• Have availability for consistent caregiver shifts
