SYNERGY HomeCare seeks a Professional Caregiver (CNA/HCA) with flexible schedules to support private-pay clients in Olympia and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, personal care, meals, and transportation to appointments.

We offer $23–$27 per hour, weekend premiums, mileage reimbursement, paid orientation and ongoing training to help you grow professionally in a caring team.

Qualifications

• Two years of in-home caregiving experience.
• Current Washington State CNA or HCA license, or actively enrolled in an approved licensing program.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional care.
• Meet health requirements including COVID-19 vaccination when required for clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Meal planning and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and organization.
• Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
• Deliver specialized care for dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other age-related conditions.

  What You’ll Do

  Every client is unique, and we’ll thoughtfully match you with clients whose needs fit your skills and experience. Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Meal planning and meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Transportation to appointments and shopping
  • Specialized care for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other age-related conditions

  Qualifications

  • Have TWO years of in-home caregiving experience.
  • Have a current Washington State CNA or HCA license, or are actively enrolled in an approved licensing program
  • Have a valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and are willing to transport clients when needed
  • Are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care
  • Demonstrate reliability and professionalism through consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Meet current client and regulatory health requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination when required for vulnerable adult clients
