Job summary

Right at Home Seymour in Dandridge, TN is seeking experienced, reliable Caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged at home.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, PTO, paid training, and a strong support system including a local 24/7 office team. Prior caregiving experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience required (1-2yrs); experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, Home Health Aide, or similar role is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to provide personal care and ADLs while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans, verbal/written assignments, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care including personal care, ADLs, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with dementia or mobility needs and offer meaningful companionship.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the office or supervisor.
