Job summary
Right at Home is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Seymour, TN and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, independent, and engaged in their own homes.
Responsibilities include personal care and ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation when needed, and companionship. We offer competitive pay starting at $15/hour with weekly pay and growth opportunities,
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pass background checks.
- Willing to drive 30–45 minutes to a shift.
- CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care and ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility).
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.
- Document care activities and changes in client condition.
- Assist with transportation to appointments when needed.
- Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors.
