Qualifications

• Must follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Background checks and screenings required.
• Must be physically capable of in-home care and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care including ADLs and mobility support.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
• Observe client condition changes and document care.
• Communicate with families and care team to ensure quality care.
