Job summary

Right at Home is actively seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Sevierville, TN and surrounding areas. You will provide essential in-home care, including ADLs, meal prep, and companionship, helping clients remain safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities include observing client changes, documenting updates, and following individualized care plans with dignity and respect. Training is provided; growth and supportive team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Requirements include following care plans, policies, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to use ClearCare for scheduling, timekeeping, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per policy.
• Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to keep clients connected to activities they enjoy.
• Observe changes in a client's condition and document them to ensure quality care.
• Follow individualized care plans with dignity, respect, and compassion in every interaction.
