Job summary

Right at Home Seymour is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and individuals needing assistance in the Pigeon Forge, TN area. You will help with daily activities, transport, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pass a background check.
• Pass drug screening.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to drive 30–45 minutes to a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, mobility and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Observe client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete care documentation using ClearCare.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
