Job summary

Right at Home in Dandridge, TN seeks experienced Caregivers to deliver compassionate in-home support. You will assist with personal care, ADLs, meal prep, transportation, and companionship in clients' homes, helping them stay safe and independent.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of caregiving experience, own reliable transportation, and the ability to follow individualized care plans with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

1–2 years of caregiving or direct-care experience required.
Ability to perform ADLs with dignity and independence.
Follow individualized care plans and document care.
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and ADLs in clients' homes.
Prepare meals, assist with mobility, and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
Remind about medications and ensure safety.
