Job summary

Right at Home is hiring experienced Caregivers in Sevierville, TN and surrounding areas to provide high-quality in-home care. You will work one-on-one with seniors and adults with disabilities, following individualized care plans and ensuring safety, comfort, and independence in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on caregiving experience, dependability, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience required (1-2yrs).
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Strong communication with clients, families and office staff.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers.
• Offer meaningful companionship and activity engagement.
• Document care activities accurately and communicate changes promptly.
• Transport support or accompany clients to appointments when needed.
