Job summary

Right at Home in Seymour, TN is seeking experienced Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care and support to seniors and adults with disabilities. You’ll help with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individualized care plans and reporting changes to families and the office.

This role values reliability, compassion, and the ability to work independently in a client’s home. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving or direct-care experience.
• Ability to provide personal care and ADLs with dignity and independence.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer's care as needed and maintain a safe home environment.
• Complete required documentation and communicate changes promptly to families and the office.
