Right at Home Seymour in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking experienced Overnight Caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to seniors or adults with disabilities. You’ll follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, manage mobility and safety, and document each shift. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of caregiving or direct-care experience.
• Ability to provide personal care and ADLs with dignity.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Work independently in a client's home.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Report changes in a client's condition promptly.
• Use a smartphone/tablet and ClearCare for scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Complete background checks and required screenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform essential duties.
• Complete required orientation and ongoing training.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage clients with activities.
• Assist with mobility, mobility transfers, meal prep, and reminders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow policies, complete required care documentation accurately.
• Recognize changes in condition and communicate with office staff.
• Use ClearCare for scheduling, timekeeping, and communication.
