Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Pigeon Forge, TN. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and follow care plans to keep clients safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow care plans and policies.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets and the ClearCare system for scheduling and documentation.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform essential in-home care tasks.
• Must be 18 years or older; CNA/HHA/PCA creds optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and individuals in need.
• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities as outlined in care plans.
• Offer companionship and activities to support social engagement.
• Observe client condition changes and document care delivery accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety and comfort.
