HomeWell Care Services of NWI is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one non-medical in-home care, helping seniors age in place with empathy and respect. No healthcare certification is required, but CNA/HHA experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift and assist with mobility as needed.

We offer flexible full- or part-time options, training, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on reliable care and maintaining seniors' independence at home.

Qualifikationen

• No healthcare certification required, but CNA/HHA or 6+ months caring for seniors preferred.
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s care a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• TB test (negative) as required by the State of Indiana.
• Must be physically able to lift/push/pull ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Compassionate heart for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Aufgaben

• Social companionship for clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks: feeding, reminders, bathing/dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Standby assistance with transfers.
• Overnight safety assistance.
