Job summary

HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate caregivers in Indiana to provide one-on-one non-medical in-home care. You will work with clients to enhance quality of life, offering companionship, daily living assistance, and support with errands and transportation as needed.

Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available. Prior caregiving experience, especially with dementia/Alzheimer's, is a plus; CNA/HHA certifications are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

No healthcare certification required; CNA/HHA preferred or 6+ months caregiving experience
Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care a plus
Daily access to email/internet and a mobile phone
Must be physically able to lift/pull ~25 lbs, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide social companionship and non-medical care to clients
Assist with daily living tasks (feeding, medications reminders, bathing/dressing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep)
Transport clients to appointments and social activities
Standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety checks
