Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team serving seniors in the Northwest Indiana area. You will provide non-medical, one-on-one assistance to help clients age in place with dignity, empathy, and reliability.

We offer flexible schedules and a fast onboarding process. Responsibilities include social companionship, daily living tasks, transportation, standby transfers, and overnight safety.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification required, but CNA/HHA preferred or 6+ months geriatric care experience.
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, internet and a mobile phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship and engaging activities with clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social outings.
• Standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety.
