Avid Health at Home is hiring multiple candidates for in-home PCA/HHA or CNA roles in Warfield, KY. You will provide daily living support and companionship to clients in their homes, following care plans and physician instructions.

Qualifications

• Provides day-to-day ADL and IADL support per care plan.
• Assists with personal care and daily activities while maintaining safety.
• Maintains HIPAA and accurate shift documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides ADL/IADL support per physician’s plan.
• Assist with personal care (baths, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping/errands.
• Provide companionship and accompany to appointments.
