Avid Health at Home is hiring multiple candidates for full time or part time PCA/HHA or CNA positions in Kentucky. The role focuses on delivering ADL/IADL support and companionship in clients' homes, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and high-quality care. Qualified applicants hold PCA or CNA certifications, with CPR preferred.

Reliable transportation, good communication, and ability to work independently are essential. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current PCA certification required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Must meet transportation, language, and cultural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ADL/IADL support per care plan.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Support therapy exercises under supervision of a Registered Therapist.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep per dietary requirements.
• Document shift details within established timeframes.
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality.
• Provide companionship and accompany to appointments.
