Avid Health at Home is hiring multiple caregivers for in-home PCA/HHA or CNA roles in Broadhead, KY and Mt. Vernon, KY. Join a compassionate team delivering personalized care, support daily living activities, medication assistance, mobility help, meal prep, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Proven caregiver experience with individuals at home
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal prep per dietary needs
• Commitment to health and safety standards at all times
• Empathy, respect, and strong communication
• Strong time management and reliability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality
• Physical stamina for mobility and assisting activities
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with medications and daily activities
• Support mobility, ambulation, and transportation to appointments
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Guide clients through prescribed exercises and rehab routines
• Plan and prepare meals with clients
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping
• Light housekeeping and home safety maintenance
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Report irregularities or emergencies promptly
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
