Avid Health at Home in Kentucky is hiring multiple candidates for full-time or part-time PCA, HHA, or CNA positions to provide compassionate in-home care.

You will deliver ADL/IADL support, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, while documenting care and maintaining client safety.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable transportation, and willingness to use technology in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification in Kentucky.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to liaise with clients and families.
• Willingness to use technology and computerized systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ADL and IADL support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care per care plan.
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and therapy exercises.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation per dietary needs.
• Document shift details accurately within time parameters.
• Ensure client safety following universal precautions.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Utilize equipment safely.
• Remind clients about medication self-administration.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
