Avid Health at Home is hiring multiple PCA/HHA/CNA candidates for full-time or part-time roles across Kentucky. Employees deliver compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in safe, respectful environments. Strong communication and reliability are essential, along with dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current PCA certification or CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Must meet Kentucky Board of Nursing licensure/registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and therapy exercises as directed.
• Plan meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well-being.
• Document shift details within time parameters.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality at all times.
