Qualifications

• Current PCA certification
• CPR certification preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and to work with clients in home settings

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support per care plan
• Assist with personal care activities (baths, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Support client therapy exercises under supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Document shift details and client interactions accurately
• Provide companionship and transport support for outings and appointments
