Avid Health at Home in Kentucky is hiring multiple candidates for PCA/HHA or CNA positions, with either full-time or part-time schedules. Join a provider of choice serving 37 counties across the state.

Responsibilities include ADL/IADL support, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, documentation, and safety adherence. Strong communication and reliability are essential; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PCA or CNA certification (KY)
• CPR certification preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Customer service oriented and able to liaise with clients and families
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ADL and IADL support as ordered by the care plan
• Assist with personal care (baths, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed
• Support therapy exercises under a therapist direction
• Complete light housekeeping and meal prep as directed by care plan
• Document shift details accurately within established timeframes
• Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality throughout shifts
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments as needed
