Job summary

Avid Health at Home is seeking compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA professionals to provide in-home care across Kentucky communities. You will deliver ADL/IADL support, assist with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders, and help families maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and families.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ADL and IADL support as ordered by the plan of care.
• Assist with personal care (baths, grooming, dressing) per care plan.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Support client with therapy exercises per the plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and accompany to medical appointments.
• Accurately document shift details and services within time parameters.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality, following universal precautions.
