Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring multiple candidates for full-time or part-time PCA/HHA or CNA roles in Kentucky. You will deliver compassionate, in-home care with emphasis on safety, dignity, and quality.

Duties include daily living support, personal care, and companionship while documenting care details. Ideal candidates hold PCA/CNA certification, are reliable, tech‑savvy, and able to communicate effectively with clients and families; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification required (Kentucky).
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day ADL/IADL support as ordered by care plan.
• Assist with personal care, baths, grooming, dressing, and transfers.
• Support therapy exercises and ensure a safe home environment.
• Plan and prepare meals per dietary requirements and assist with shopping.
• Document shift details accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
• Provide companionship and accompany to medical appointments.
