You will schedule, monitor, and adjust plans for a geographic area, conduct in-home visits, and maintain client confidentiality while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulations. Strong bilingual abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules in the scheduling system.
• Provide supervisory support to in-home care workers and clients.
• Coordinate client updates and ensure care plans are followed.
• Conduct in-home visits and monthly wellness checks as needed.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
