Addus HomeCare in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a Full Time Service Coordinator (Scheduler / Recruiter) to supervise in-home care workers and clients across northern Idaho. You will manage staffing, recruit 4-8 aides monthly, and travel across five northern counties. Strong computer skills and communication are essential.

Main duties include coordinating staffing, onboarding, and recruitment efforts, with a focus on quality assurance visits and ensuring smooth operations in a busy homecare office.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Boots on the ground recruiting and covering shifts in the field as needed.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation (Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing requirements and provide recruitment assistance.
• Research industry trends and develop pipelines for critical positions.
• Create and maintain social media and media opportunities.
• Coordinate field recruiting and hiring process (sourcing, interviewing, offers).
• Handle pre-employment protocol and onboarding activities.
• Maintain active-employee files and ensure compliance.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Audit new hire packets for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires and address concerns
