Addus HomeCare in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee in-home care workers and clients across the area. You will create and update schedules, coordinate coverage, and ensure care plans are followed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year in home care, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, scheduling software). Travel and reliable transportation required.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of in-home care/industry experience preferred.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and adjusts for client needs.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plan adherence.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Handles escalated client complaints and theft claims with thorough follow-through.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces attendance, performance, and conduct policies.
• Maintains a professional branch appearance and ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance and accommodates agency needs.
• Ensures compliance with MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
