Job summary

Ambercare is seeking a Full Time Service Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. This role includes conducting in-home visits to monitor service quality, ensuring care plans meet client needs, and coordinating with Home Care Aides.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional evenings and weekends; pay is based on experience with a monthly agency bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years caseload or management experience.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle high call volumes.
• Client-focused and customer service-driven.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver\'s license and insurance for travel within the branch service area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
• Conduct in-home visits to monitor service quality and adequacy of care plans.
• Coordinate with care providers to ensure client needs are met and updates are communicated.
• Maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of home visits and visits.
• Follow relevant regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA) and company policies.
