Ambercare is seeking a Full Time Home Care Service Coordinator (Staffing) in Clovis, NM to schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area.

The role includes conducting in-home visits to assess care plans, ensure service quality, and update schedules. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and at least 2 years in senior services or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
• Conduct in-home visits to monitor and report on quality of services being provided by Home Care Aides.
• Determine whether existing care plans are adequate to meet client needs.
• Enter schedules into the system and manage changes due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provide service updates to care providers and clients and maintain compliance with regulations.
