Qualifikationen

• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and adjusts for changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure client care plans are followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients to give service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as needed.
• Supervises staff by setting expectations and accountability to policies.
