Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. You will perform direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

The role requires compassionate care, ability to follow care plans, and accurate documentation of patient conditions. Day-to-day duties align with a Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30pm schedule, and Tuesday-Thursday

Qualifikationen

• Maintain certification with your CNA program and DFS requirements.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, read and follow directions.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as assigned, including personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and document accordingly.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and assist with activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and report changes in condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV task/time-sheet requirements.
