Zusammenfassung

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for home care in the Williamston area. Work schedule includes Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and Tuesday-Thursday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with excellent pay.

The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in the client’s residence with strict confidentiality and adherence to the Plan of Care. The CNA will provide direct patient care, personal hygiene, transfers, basic nursing tasks,

Qualifikationen

Maintain certification with DFS.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, write and follow directions.
Ability to lift, bend and stand as needed.
Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Aufgaben

Provide direct patient care as assigned.
Provide personal hygiene care.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising professionals.
Prepare meals with consideration of client’s preferences and special diets.
Provide companionship and activities that vary according to individual needs.
Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
Record and report changes in client’s condition.
Complete tasks in EVV app as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow Plan of Care.
