Job summary

Avid Health at Home, LLC is hiring a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our in-home care team in Kentucky. The PCA works under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and Client Care Coordinator to deliver essential personal care services per the client’s care plan, and to assist with limited household tasks.

The role emphasizes dignity, HIPAA compliance, and safety, with non-exempt status and flexible scheduling. Training, weekly pay, and benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current PCA certification and comply with all regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• CPR is preferred and may be required for some clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support as ordered by the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Assist with personal care: baths, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation.
• Support client health needs and follow care plans.
• Document shift details within specified time parameters.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential home environment.
