Job summary

Avid Health at Home, LLC seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our in-home care team in Kentucky. You will provide ADL and IADL support under physician orders and the client care plan, assisting with daily living activities and personal care.

You may help with meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and companionship, while documenting shift details and following supervision by a nurse or Clinical Manager. Medications are not administered.

Qualifications

• Provides personal care and assistance under care plan and physician orders.
• Performs daily living activities and instrumental activities as directed.
• Documents shift details accurately and communicates with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Implements day-to-day ADL and IADL support for clients at home.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal planning/prep, and errands.
• Assist with transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and stimulation; remind about medication administration (no meds).
• Document shift details accurately and follow care plan.
