Job summary

Avid Health at Home, LLC in Kentucky seeks a Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily living activities in their homes under supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification: Current certification/registration with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Current PCA certification.
• CPR preferred and may be required for some clients.
• Be in compliance with all existing regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides day-to-day ADL/IADL support per physician’s plan.
• Assist with personal care (baths, grooming, dressing) and transfers.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders (not administration).
• Document shift details accurately within time parameters.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA and universal precautions.

Education

North Carolina Board of Nursing certification

Current PCA certification
