Avid Health at Home is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) to serve clients in Fayette County and surrounding areas in Kentucky. We seek compassionate people who believe in delivering high-quality in-home care and supporting families in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal support, medication reminders (non-administrative), mobility and companionship. All care is provided under a physician’s plan of care, with safety, HIPAA, and

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Current PCA certification (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implements day-to-day ADL and IADL support as ordered by physician plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meals, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and monitor client health status, reporting changes.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality, follow HIPAA and agency policies.
