Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer‑service oriented installer/trainer to help people with hearing loss stay connected. This part‑time role installs CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes and trains them to use the features, enabling confident phone conversations.

You’ll work independently, travel as needed in the Seattle area, and enjoy benefits including mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) with 6% match, insurance options, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to drive and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation as needed.
• Maintain customer records and complete required reports.
