Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer for part-time field work in the Cincinnati area. The role involves installing and training customers on CaptionCall phones in their homes, with flexible hours and opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, sales experience, and comfort working with seniors. Travel up to 25% will be required to service clients and participate in events.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in home settings.
• Ability to train customers on phone usage and features.
• Experience in sales or promotion of services for customers.
• Experience working with senior citizens or in senior care environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones for customers.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals for local installations and events.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to support local work.
• Complete service calls and submit appropriate invoices and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports.
