Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in Brookdale, CA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home settings, building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.

You will implement plans by BCBA, collect progress data, and communicate with families. Training and RBT certification are provided, including cost coverage; 40-hour RBT course must be completed before start.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient attitude and passion for helping children.
• Experience with telehealth ABA is strongly preferred.
• At least 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: student or recent graduate in psychology, early childhood education, sociology, biology, or related field.
• Highly preferred: RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification or ABA paraprofessional training.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Reliability and willingness to work with various clients.

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA supervisors.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
