Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA support to children at home, clinics, or schools.

Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and are scheduled 2–8pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on developing communication, social, and daily living skills. We offer paid training, potential RBT certification within six months, and opportunities for growth into lead roles.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Preferred: Student or graduate in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Highly Preferred: RBT/ABAT/BCAT or ABA paraprofessional training with certificate.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Reliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
