Qualifications

• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training before employment.
• RBT certification required within 6 months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress.
