Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. is hiring in Brookdale, CA for a part-time RBT role. You will provide one-on-one behavior support with children in their homes, clinics, or schools, delivering structured activities and data collection.

Sessions run 2–3 hours and may include families in updates and progress discussions. The position offers part-time hours with flexibility, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing supervision from the Training Team and BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Experience with telehealth ABA is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
