Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients with autism in home and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and record data using electronic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Strong patience and compassion essential for working with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
