Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based ABA team, delivering 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision for children in the Aldie area. This role requires weekday availability, with afternoon hours in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to client sites.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and family information per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong communication, ability to follow detailed instructions, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions involving movement and activities.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
