Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. The role supports children from 2 to 15 in a flexible part-time schedule, with paid training and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA/compliance awareness preferred but training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home under BCBA plans.
• Collect data and report progress on treatment plan.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with pace and safety for children aged 2–15 during sessions.
