Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, providing 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will work in clients' homes, delivering prescribed behavioral plans and collecting progress data to guide treatment.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication with families, and the ability to engage children aged 2–15. Training is provided; full-time benefits apply for staff who qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with movement and physical activities during sessions with children 2-15 years old and maintain safety.
