Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in home settings, partnering with BCBAs to deliver individualized treatment for children on the autism spectrum. Role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

The position offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to positively impact families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness.
• Reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the individualized plan.
• Support families in training on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communications with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
