Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. BTs work 1-1 in clients' homes, implementing behavioral plans designed by BCBA, with a home-based schedule Mon-Fri 4pm-6:30pm.

This role offers flexible part-time evening hours, paid training, supportive team, and opportunities to positively impact families of children with ASD. Applicants should have passion for children and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to homes.
• Confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with safe, appropriate activities and adapt sessions to children aged 2–15.
