Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Ashburn, VA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA and supporting families during after-school hours.

This role is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm, with paid training and opportunities for career growth. We offer competitive compensation and a team-oriented, supportive environment focused on positive outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or similar developmental delays is preferred, with comprehensive training provided.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and HIPAA confidentiality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results to the BCBA.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans in the home setting.
• Maintain clear communications with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist clients with mobility and safety during sessions as needed.
