Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1, home-based behavioral health services to children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBA's to implement individualized treatment plans in a home setting.

This flexible part-time role offers evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will collect data and communicate with families while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
• Comp $20-$30 per hour

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
• SCHEDULE - Monday-Friday 330pm-530pm
